Technical Highlights

Clamping Unit
The D1S Series features a highly rigid clamping unit with uniform stress distribution on tie bar threads, ensuring durability and balanced force during mold opening and closing. The synchronized lock nut mechanism provides fast, reliable clamping with minimal noise and impact. This setup improves mold longevity, particularly for deep-cavity products or parts with tight tolerance requirements.
Injection Unit
Equipped with linear guide rails, the D1S Series injection unit achieves smooth, low-resistance movement, enabling quick acceleration and stable injection. The ultrasonic displacement sensor ensures precise position measurement, achieving an injection end position repeatability of ±0.2 mm and part weight repeatability within ±0.3%. Adaptive PID temperature control combined with ceramic heater bands ensures highly accurate temperature management, up to ±0.5°C.


Hydraulic System
The D1S Series uses a new-generation, fully oil-cooled servo system that provides rapid response, high overload capacity, and strong stability. The independent filtration system achieves high filter fineness (up to 5µm), extending component life and ensuring consistent performance.
Electrical System
At the heart of the D1S Series is Yizumi’s Austrian KEBA control system, featuring double CPUs for fast response and enhanced reliability. The system supports advanced processes like MuCell, Injection Compression Molding (ICM), and In-Mold Coatings (IMC). It offers precise closed-loop control for injection, plasticizing, holding pressure, and back pressure. User-friendly features include a quick setup page, real-time monitoring, process parameter storage, and easy integration with robots via the Euromap 12 interface.
