This dedicated machine integrates a professional LSR injection unit with the SK platform to handle the unique properties of liquid silicone resin (LSR), which is characterized by good liquidity, low viscosity, fast solidification, and higher thermal expansion coefficients. The machine utilizes a two-part material delivery system with A and B components in a 1:1 ratio for precise vulcanization and solidification processes.
